So last night when I got home from work I could hear water running in my bathroom. I couldn’t tell exactly why but it was very faint so figured it could wait till the next morning. Fast forward to this morning and I am trying to turn the water off under sink. The whole fitting comes loose and a solid stream of water shoots out and hits me in the chest. 30 seconds later I was out front of the house turning off fhe main water line. I am soaked, pissed and defeated. Then along comes Ryan who was driving down the street with his wife and two dogs. He asks me if everything is OK. Obviously, I looked upset. Long story short he came over and fixed my problem fast and professionally. Neighbors, if you have plumbing issues Ryan at Poseidon’s Elite Plumbing Inc can handle it. Everything from old home plumbing to bathroom renovations. He IS the MAN!!

Pat – Thanks for posting your recommendation. Cosmic forces caused (1) my shower to break in the morning, (2) me to read your recommendation at noon, (3) me to call my wife at home have her call this fine fellow Ryan to see if he could fix it, and (4) Ryan to have everything fixed by 6:00 PM as I write this post. Very pleased. Thumbs up all around.

Ryan was polite and sympathetic to our feelings with our clogged main sewer drain. He informed us upfront what he was going to do and asked multiple times if we had any questions just to be sure we understood and to make sure all of our questions were answered. He explained what was causing our problem since this was our second occurrence with this very same problem in less than one year. I would highly recommend him and will ask for him on any future plumbing problems. Let’s hope there are none!!

Highly recommend Poseidon’s Plumbing – the customer service before, during and after the service visit were great! Ryan did an excellent job and was very honest.

Someone ran into my gas meter by my driveway and when no one else could come out till the following week Poseidon’s Elite Plumbing was able to come out immediately. They always kept me up-to-date on what was happening were very professional and friendly.  I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I got up this morning and realized that one of the water heaters was leaking, but fortunately the water was draining outside the house.
I called Poseidon’s Elite Plumbing and the person on the person was very nice and helpful. A master plumber Ryan replaced both water heaters, very polite, wearing his mask, cleaned up well after the work was completed.
